00:32 Sir Egan, there are four major requests that Piston requested. Of those four, three are doable.

00:45 Number one is the waiver of penalties. Number two is the validity of the franchise up to five years.

00:52 Third is the removal of some of the OSG provisions. Those three are doable.

01:02 What's not doable is the scrapping of the consolidation process. But the alternative is that the process can be simplified.

01:17 The waiver of penalties, sir, can be given even this month.

01:23 For our listeners to know, the waiver of penalties, every year, the drivers have a confirmation fee.

01:31 It's in the amount of P1,000. Based on the data of LTFRB, there are operators, sir Egan, whose penalty is in the amount of P5,000 to P10,000.

01:42 The confirmation is given to the LTO before they register. Before, LTO and LTFRB have no connectivity.
