00:11 convoy of a senator on the exclusive ETSA bus lane.
00:14 MMDA executive Bong Nebrija says Revilla was inside one of the vehicles.
00:19 MMDA personnel decided to let the vehicle go after the driver claimed it was Revilla's
00:23 car.
00:24 Revilla refutes the allegations and says he was in Cavite during the incident.
00:28 Following Revilla's denial, Nebrija recants and apologizes to the senator.
00:32 The MMDA also places Nebrija under preventive suspension.
00:36 CCTV footage reveals the flagged vehicle had a protocol plate reserved for high-ranking
