00:00 Yeah, so this project is just about celebrating bees and pollinators, the butterflies and

00:16 the birds in this beautiful place that we live in the Blue Mountains.

00:20 And it's just a celebration of all the creatives in the mountains and within Australia and

00:26 pulling it together and it's been a wonderful project.

00:33 It's been brewing in my mind for a very long time, since I started beekeeping about nine

00:43 years ago and joined the club and got a couple of hives, I just thought, "Oh, I love this

00:50 so much."

00:51 And we've got some beautiful Keeper and Hive honey, actually from Wentworth Falls, Sukani's

00:59 beautiful honey.

01:00 We've got some gorgeous chocolates.

01:02 They're from Tamworth and they're only sweetened with honey.

01:08 We've got some incredible, a beautiful commission from Keo Yokoyama.

01:15 She etches glass, she's a glass blower and she etches glass and she's also a beekeeper.

01:20 Here's one of my frames that I pulled out of my hive.

01:22 That's just these beautiful candles from a wonderful creative woman who lives in Wentworth

01:28 Falls and she makes these beautiful hand-rolled, the songbird and the bee hand-rolled candles.

01:36 Really one in three mouthfuls of food we have on our tables is because of bees.

01:42 They pollinate crops.

01:43 They're pollinating crops not just for us to eat, but for other livestock to eat.

01:48 We can't do without them.

01:49 We see all the time people are asking how can they look after bees, what can they do

01:54 in their gardens, what can they plant.

01:56 Key one is to make sure that you use organic gardening methods as much as you can.

02:02 Avoid chemicals, plant flowers and things that bees can feed on.

02:09 Make sure that you've got a lovely, healthy garden and you're going to attract lots of
