00:07on Christmas Eve and Jim can you tell me what the biggest changes you have seen over the

00:13past 29 years?

00:14Well the most obvious changes have been with technology but I think the best changes have

00:21been creating the library as a community hub and making it very welcoming for everyone

00:27so it's a safe place for everyone and yes it's just been a great experience to have

00:33worked here and I'm very sorry to be going.

00:37And if you had to say one thing to get people through the doors that might not have been

00:41to the library for a while what would you get them, what would you say to them?

00:45I think it's just, it's a welcoming place, it's not just about books but it's about community
