Move over Chris Evans there's a new Sexiest Man in town and he's pretty dreamy! People Magazine has named Patrick Dempsey as its Sexiest Man Alive for 2023. It was revealed on 'Jimmy Kimmel Live!' that the 57-year-old actor, most famously playing Derek "McDreamy" Shepherd on 'Grey's Anatomy', was taking the title from 2022's Sexiest Man Alive Chris Evans.
