Joe Buck reacts as goals from Jacob Murphy, Anthony Gordon, Sean Longstaff and Callum Wilson seal a 4-0 win for Newcastle United against Crystal Palace.

00:24 brilliant and that set the tone really for a brilliant afternoon to be honest. Whether

00:35 settle any nerves and Nick Asselt was brilliant and dominant as always. Crystal Palace had

00:40 a little bit on the ball but they never really tested Nick Pope at 1-0. When Anthony Gordon

00:46 slotted home the second goal, it was almost game over then. To be fair, Gordon, it was

00:51 an easy chance but he'd missed it one about 10-15 minutes earlier. It was a good finish

00:57 by the end of it and a delicious ball by Murphy who was really, really good today. And then

01:01 Shaw Longstaff just four half time, nipped in from Mark Weahy, slotted the ball past

01:06 Sam Johnson, another really tidy finish from Longstaff and 3-0 half time, that was pretty

01:11 much game over. I think the three scorers in the first half, we'll get obviously Calum

01:15 Wilson in the second half, but the three scorers in the first half, all English players, especially

01:19 with Longstaff and Gordon, players that you'd think Gareth Southgate wouldn't have a look

01:24 at, they were overlooked as the last squad. And they've certainly done themselves no harm

01:29 with this one and then as mentioned, Calum Wilson with the fourth. It was a brilliant

01:32 counter attack, Nick Pope, his save at one end, making it 3-1. I don't think Palace would

01:37 have gotten a 3-1 but it's always a bit of a dangerous goal line, 3-1. As Nick Pope saved

01:41 it, it rolled out at Trebbia who gave it to Murphy who then squared it at Calum Wilson.

01:45 Calum Wilson, as soon as he got in that position, he just knew he was going to score and that's

01:47 what he did. And he scored with his last touch of the game actually, he was replaced soon

01:50 after. Eddie held me four subs at once on that occasion but it was one that it was a

01:57 day that Nigassa would be happy with. Of course, Sandro Tonali, he was one of the guys introduced

02:08 good to see Nigassa fans really rally round him. Once them four came on, Nigassa didn't

02:18 fair, made a couple of saves but even better than that, it was four goals to the good,

02:21 they were never really tested too much. Nigassa now face Borussia Dortmund on Wednesday night

02:27 in the Champions League with four wins in the last five Premier League games, unbeaten

02:32 since their defeat against Brighton on the 3rd September. So it's all looking in a positive

02:36 direction for Nigassa. With the Champions League back on Wednesday, it's going to be

02:43 a tougher test than they got today but they did what they needed to do today and that

02:48 was another brilliant performance and showed their ruthless streak really when they needed

02:51 to be. Nigassa will go home happy with their day's work and prepare for Borussia Dortmund
