00:24 having to beat you know three players at times and it was just when we started to

00:29 stretch them and especially in the transition we spoke about the fact that

00:31 we will get those opportunities and the opportunity came and you know and Mel

00:36 took that goal really really well and obviously great cross from Lara.

00:41 What does it mean for the group you had a win first up, some monkey off the back

00:44 those type of things? Yeah indeed but again you know another clean sheet which

00:47 is great it was a case where you know as a coach you're always wanting to ensure
