00:04 We've been doing some recruitment and retention. It's a key area that you've got to get the balance right.

00:10 We want to keep as many young players as we can if that's possible.

00:14 There's always going to be interest in players if they're doing well and getting exposure.

00:19 Hopefully our process and how we've gone about that has been good.

00:23 I'm hoping we can retain a lot of the players.

00:26 There's other talent coming through as well which we're trying to build.

00:31 I think we've created an environment that's a growth environment.

00:34 It's an opportunity with exposed players.

00:37 I think the downfall of that is that people want to take those players if they can.

00:42 The job is to keep them here.

00:44 Hopefully the environment we've created and what we're doing will keep them here for long term.

00:48 If they get opportunities overseas and things like that, I'm over the moon for them if that's the case.

00:53 I'd be disappointed if we lose players to other clubs.
