00:05 Around nine months of disruption is expected across Stockport due to planned major engineering
00:10 work. Network Rail is expecting to replace Greek Street Bridge and Stockholm Road Bridge
00:17 due to their deteriorating condition and both are major routes for cars in the town.
00:23 S Club paid an emotional tribute to former member Paul Catamoult at their gig at Manchester's
00:28 AO Arena on Thursday 12 October. The show was the first of their UK tour and the first
00:35 of two in Manchester.
00:38 And finally, the Manchester Half Marathon will be taking place on Sunday 15 October.
