Prince Andrew's appearance at the Duke of Edinburgh's memorial service in March has sparked questions he will attend the Queen's Platinum Jubilee weekend in June. But Royal expert Jennie Bond has explained how a royal precedent could stop Andrew, as well as Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, from joining the Royal Family on the palace balcony.
