BREAKING NEWS: GOP Lawmaker Introduces Resolution To Censure Rashida Tlaib Over Comments On Israel

In a video posted on social media Wednesday, Rep. Jack Bergman (R-MI) spoke about his resolution to censure Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI).

00:08 I don't take this action lightly, but her longstanding history of anti-Semitic and racist

00:13 rhetoric towards Israel cannot go unchecked.

00:17 While we don't all have to see eye to eye on every issue, I'd hope we can all agree

00:21 that the terrorists raping women, murdering festival goers, and decapitating babies is

00:28 a crime against all of humanity, and we must be able to call out that kind of unbridled

00:33 evil in our world.

00:35 Unfortunately, Congresswoman Tlaib chose a different path and justified the terrorist

00:40 actions based on so-called Israeli occupation.

00:45 We must never forget that Israel was founded as a safe haven for Jews after the scourge

00:50 of anti-Semitism in Europe led to extermination of more than 6 million Jews.
