00:00 I am pleased to announce that 6 police officers were arrested for the murder of a minor named Jamboy Baltazar.

00:08 According to the document issued by the Navotas Regional Court Branch 286,

00:12 the probable cause of the arrest warrant was issued by

00:17 Police Senior Sergeant Jerry Maliban,

00:19 Police Senior Sergeant Antonio Bugayong Jr.,

00:22 Police Executive Master Sergeant Roberto Balais Jr.,

00:26 Police Senior Sergeant Nico Pines Esquilon,

00:30 Police Corporal Edward Jade Blanco,

00:32 and Patrolman Benedict Mangan Mangada.

00:36 It was in August that Baltazar was killed in a police operation.

00:40 The Navotas Police admitted that it was a case of mistaken identity

00:44 because the suspect was different and Baltazar was not the one they were looking for.
