00:12 The compound is a space where we want people to come and enjoy themselves of all diversity,

00:18 age ranges. They can do workshops here. We do that at £15 an hour.

00:25 We ourselves want to try and gain funding so that we can provide free workshops for the community.

00:32 That's our main goal actually. And then in the meantime, whilst we're here,

00:36 we'll raise money for free workshops for children.

00:39 We've got, at the moment today, we've got an artisan fair here.

00:43 All the proceeds of that goes towards community development.

00:48 And we just want this place to be utilised the best it can.

00:51 We've got co-working space during the week. We've got studios. We want to do events here.

00:58 Basically, we just want everybody to use this space as much as they can

01:03 and just for us to grow with and for the community.

01:06 So yes, it's all new to us and new to everyone else.

01:09 So we just wanted to let people know that we are here in West St Leonard's on 161 Bexhill Road, the compound.
