Dickson Coles opens in Canberra

After more than a decade, a new Coles supermarket has opened at Dickson Village in Canberra, bringing competition to the nearby Woolworths.

00:46 went and took some photos by the aisles because everything is exactly even, it's quite satisfying.

01:22 I haven't been here for that long, but I know it's been going on for about 20 plus years,

01:26 so it's been a very, very long time.

01:28 And what are your first impressions so far?

01:29 It's amazing, I hope that they keep redeveloping Dixon, it's going to be really good and hopefully

01:33 bring a lot more people in here.

01:35 And do you see this becoming your local shopping grocery store?

01:38 I would still go, I would do for both, both Coles and Woolby.

01:41 Well, I came to see the new shop because we live nearby and we're very excited that we're

01:47 getting a Coles supermarket.

01:51 Oh, it's beautiful, it's very big, it's got everything, very nice.
