Making The Best Tortilla In Valencia, Spain

Of course there is no way to tell if this is really the best tortilla in Valencia. I honestly don't like when people use the terms like "Best Paella", "Best Bravas" or best anything. Since I haven't tried all the tortilla in Valencia (which is my life goal though) I should maybe add "maybe" the best tortilla in Valencia. But either way this tortilla is darn good!

Gabriela owns Bar de Gabi inside the Marcado Rojas de Clemente which is on it's own worth a visit. Great prices, local life and feel. And before you do your weekend shopping stop by at her bar to have a glass of wine and her incredible tortilla.
