00:23 Trump's efforts to undermine Joe Biden's victory culminated in the storming of the Capitol

00:27 by his supporters on January 6th.

00:30 On the 3rd of August this year, he pled not guilty to the charges, which include conspiracy

00:34 to deprive citizens of the right to have their vote counted and scheming to defraud the United

00:39 States.

00:43 In Florida, Donald Trump is accused of stashing sensitive national security documents at his

00:48 Mar-a-Lago resort after leaving the White House, obstructing attempts to retrieve them.

00:54 Since this June, Trump's been charged with 40 felonies and a trial is set for May 20th

00:59 next year.

01:03 In New York, Trump is alleged to have falsified business records related to money paid to

01:08 porn star Stormy Daniels, who claimed she had an affair with Trump.

01:12 Prosecutors say Trump bought her silence to avoid a scandal during the 2016 presidential

01:17 campaign, disguising the payments as corporate expenses in violation of state law.

01:23 In April, 34 felony counts were brought against Trump and a trial is set for the 25th of March

01:28 next year.

01:32 Finally in Georgia, charges could be revealed this summer over Trump's attempts to overturn

01:36 the result of the presidential election in that state.

01:40 A criminal investigation was opened in February 2021 into Trump's lies about voter fraud,

01:45 efforts to convince officials to overturn Biden's win and his plot to submit fraudulent

01:50 certificates claiming that he'd won.
