Bronny James Not First Cardiac Scare for USC Basketball

USC athletic trainers may have been prepared for the scary incident with Bronny James given they responded to a similar event just last summer.

00:02 has dealt with a cardiac emergency.

00:04 Just last summer, Bronny's Trojan teammate,

00:07 Vincent Iwuchukwu, went into cardiac arrest

00:09 and collapsed on the court during a workout

00:12 before being saved by athletic trainers,

00:14 with coach Andy Enfield saying,

00:15 "With something like this,

00:17 "where it's a life or death situation

00:19 "to perform under pressure

00:20 "and do what they're trained to do at that level,

00:22 "it's really just incredible."

00:24 Iwuchukwu was able to return to the team

00:26 and played in 14 games.

00:28 We obviously all hope Bronny is able to make

00:30 such a full and speedy recovery as well.
