Satellite Imagery Shows China-Funded Naval Base in Cambodia

U.S. company BlackSky has released satellite images showing the progress of Cambodia's renovation on the Ream Naval Base. The project is funded by a Chinese grant and also shows a newly built pier capable of hosting an aircraft carrier.
