Satellite imagery shows movement at N. Korea's Yeongbyeon nuclear site: CSIS

Recent satellite images show signs of movement at North Korea's nuclear reactor in Yeongbyeon ... indicating the possible transfer of radioactive material.
The U.S.-based Center for Strategic and International Studies said Tuesday that the images taken last week show five specialized railcars near its Uranium Enrichment Facility and Radiochemistry Laboratory.
Such activity in the past has been associated with the reprocessing of radioactive material into fuel for nuclear bombs.
An expert at the Stimson Center said that, if such reprocessing was taking place, the timing is significant... given that the North started something so quickly after the second North Korea-U.S. summit ended prematurely in February with no deal.
