00:00 Hi, I'm Rachel and I'm the Scotsman's political correspondent and I've been spending the day here in the gorgeous Fort William.

00:05 It's been a lovely day up here, but the reason I'm here is because First Minister Humza Yousaf has been here to announce

00:10 £80,000 of funding for the rural Parliament, which I'll be meeting here in a few months time.

00:15 Plenty to chat to the First Minister about, especially when it comes to rural issues. Lots to talk about ferries.
