The head of the UN's refugee agency Filippo Grandi urges Sudan's neighbours to keep their borders open despite security worries as the number of people fleeing the conflict tops 500,000. In an interview with AFP, he warns that the two-month-old war threatens to spread insecurity in the "fragile" nations that border Sudan.
