Stan Shaw, who died in 2021 at the age of 94, was Sheffield's last 'little mester' - an independent knifemaker who was renowned worldwide for his craft. Now, with funds raised by the Stan Shaw Memorial Appeal through community donations and events, a heritage trail app is to share his journey over 80 years, ensuring his legacy lives on.
