CBI has filed an FIR (First Information Report) against Sameer Wankhede, ex-Mumbai chief of Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB). In the FIR, CBI has said Wankhede threatened actor Shah Rukh Khan that Aryan Khan would be framed in the drugs case unless he paid Rs 25 crore bribe. Wankhede made headlines with the arrest of Aryan Khan and others in an alleged drug bust on a cruise ship off Mumbai in October 2021. He is facing allegations of corruption and criminal misconduct.
