Drivers may be forced to pay to use roads in Cardiff

Cardiff city council have been discussing how to best invest in our public
transport for many years, and now announce plans to bring that investment in from a road user payment scheme, and while this means some of us may pay to drive around the city, what exact plans will be in place is still up for debate.
