The Piccadilly Trading Estate in Manchester City centre is home to a beloved brewing company specialising in craft beer.
Cloudwater Brewery opened in 2015 and has made 1,300 unique beers during that time, including seasonal options such as their eighth year Happy Birthday beer released in February this year and a Christmas-inspired beverage.
Their core five beers are always on offer online or in some craft beer stores, as well as in their adjoining onsite taproom. These core 5 include their bestseller Fuzzy - a hazy pale - Super Happy - labelled a Juicy Pale - and more.
This hidden gem brewery is close to Ancoats and the Northern Quarter, two vibrant parts of the city centre, and yet many who aren't involved in the craft beer scene may not even know of its existence.
We went down to their warehouse to learn more about the process of making beer in this unique brewery.
