Six hundred flood evacuees have been flown to safety by the Australian Defence Force, after fast rising waters swamped a number of remote communities in the Northern Territory. Those now out of the disaster zone are having to count the cost of what's been lost... with many preparing for the possibility of spending weeks away from home.
