Rain across Victoria expected to cause flooding, evacuations in worst-hit areas

Victorians are on high alert as huge rainfall is eerily similar to 2011, which caused widespread flooding and damaged thousands of homes. Rochester, near Bendigo, was one of the towns worst hit, and residents are doing all they can to make sure they're ready this time.
