Advocates criticise NSW government for ignoring key reforms

Families of those who've died in custody have joined calls criticising the New South Wales Government for ignoring key reforms to the coronial system. A Parliamentary inquiry found the coroner's court which hasn't been reviewed for more than four decades is understaffed and underfunded. Advocates say the court has the potential to save lives if change is implemented and a warning this story contains the name and image of an indigenous person who has died.
