The Aurangabad bench of the Bombay High Court said a relationship cannot be dubbed as a form of 'love jihad' just because the boy and the girl belong to different religions, reported PTI. The court made the observation while granting pre-arrest bail to a Muslim woman and her family. In the order passed on February 26, the division bench of Justices Vibha Kankanwadi and Abhay Waghwase granted anticipatory bail to the accused, reported PTI. Watch the video to know more.
