Synopsis: Rose is a charming factory girl who works in a laboratory of fake flowers and in order to survive after her husband's death she tries to earn something more than she does by taking her work home at night too; she is the widow of a gangster and has a troubled son who has been placed in a correctional boarding school for underprivileged boys.
