David Tomlinson is celebrating his 80th birthday and we look at his business of forced Rhubarb growing in Wakefield ahead of this weekend's Rhubarb Festival. Yorkshire Post photographer, Simon Hulme, asks David about his family's history because Tomlinsons has been growing forced rhubarb in Pudsey for well over 100 years and through four generations - a firm favourite of Michelin star Tommy Banks and Bettys.
