If there's one thing Nadya Ilieva, the filmer of this video, truly believes, it's 'better late than never.' But unfortunately, not everyone she encounters shares that mindset.
Watch as Nadya barely avoids getting knocked off her bike after the driver in front of her abruptly switches lanes without any prior indication.
Refusing to let his unacceptable behavior slide, the filmer chases the driver down and gives him an earful about being careful on the road.
"The guy in the car was getting late for work, so he was avoiding traffic by driving on the wrong side of the road," Nadya told WooGlobe.
