The Taliban have banned women from universities in Afghanistan. It's the latest ruling cracking down on women's rights and freedoms and has been condemned by the UK and Britain. Dr Farkhondeh Akbari from the Monash gender, peace and security centre in Melbourne says is unsurprising but tragic.
