Waiguru warns non-compliant bar owners over tax arrears

Kirinyaga Governor Anne Waiguru has warned that her administration will close down the operations of all bars that have not complied with the laid out rules. She decried bar owners defaulting in paying three years of tax arrears that have since piled up to over Sh100 million.
