Anneke Konings appeared on a Dutch television talent show on January 2, 1971. Two days after the show, she was invited to record a single. That tune was "De Heilige Auto" ("The Holy Car"). She released two more singles under the pseudonym Andeana. Her first album Feelings was recorded in English. The songs on her 1975 album Tussen Zon En Maan (Between Sun And Moon) are in Dutch.
