FirstLight Trust veterans and emergency services charity are taking on the Yompathon challenge, walking in support of mental health for frontline service personnel.

The Yompathon is the brainchild of James Mazzoni-Dalton (MD) and is a 3863 mile march across the United Kingdom visiting over two hundred Military and emergency service establishments.
