Tasmanian government to apologise to child abuse victim-survivors

Tasmania's parliament will pause today to make a formal apology to people affected by child sexual abuse in state government institutions. It follows harrowing evidence at a commission of inquiry into abuse at a hospital, schools, a detention centre and out of home care.
