Any proposed disciplinary proceeding against PKR member Tian Chua for contesting as an independent in Batu can only be done after the 15th general election (GE15), said party deputy president Rafizi Ramli.

The PKR election strategist said that at the moment, he welcomes Chua throwing his hat into the Batu parliamentary constituency, where PKR's P Prabakaran is also contesting.

Rafizi said the PKR disciplinary proceeding process is currently suspended as they are focusing on the upcoming polls.
