Mona Seif the sister of British Egyptian detainee Alaa Abd el-Fattah says she is worried they are "running out of time" to save her brother who is now on a full hunger strike in an Egyptian prison.

Alaa has vowed to stop drinking water on November 6 when COP27 starts.
