London set for last minute tube strikes

Tube staff are set to strike on Friday May 26, in a dispute over pay.

00:10Customer service managers plan to take industrial action on Friday and then ban overtime until

00:17They held strike action earlier this month, which the General Secretary of the Transport

00:22Salaried Staffs Association said had a real impact.

00:27TfL has said the industrial action was disappointing.

00:31The TSSA General Secretary said it's clear that our customer service managers' strike

00:37on the 10th April made a real impact, many stations shut at short notice and TfL had

00:43an overwhelming support from the public.

00:46A TfL spokesman, meanwhile, said that the TfL is disappointed that the TSSA is continuing

00:52with strike action following a consultation process.
