Birmingham ‘Warm banks’ open to help people affected by rising energy bills and cost of living

The cost of living crisis and high energy bills has led to the establishment of so-called 'warm banks' across the country. We went along to Spitfire House in Castle Vale where one has been set up to help those who are vulnerable - with the support of Birmingham City Council.
