NSW Transport Minister, David Elliott, has become the 11th MP to bow out at the March state election

Mr Elliott's seat of Baulkham Hills has changed to the electorate of Kellyville with different boundaries. He had stated his intention to run in the neighbouring seat of Castle Hill, but says he has reconsidered because of a factional preselection battle.
