This lick is in the key of C♯ major blues.
This lick is a typical B.B. King Box lick.
On the 16th fret, high E string and B string, use your ring finger like a mini bar rolling up from the E string to B string.
In B.B. King Box, the M 2nd (D♯ in this case) and m3rd are the important bending spots.
On the M2nd, the bending option can be a half step (m3rd), whole step (M3rd), 1 and a half step (4th) .
On the m3rd, the bending option can be a quarter step, a half step (M3rd), a whole step (4th) , and 2 steps (5th).
Note that M3rd doesn't generally fit the IV chord and m3rd fits better instead.
