Karnataka Police has said the youth who stabbed a man in Shivamogga over the Savarkar poster row has ISIS links. Cops also said the accused were also conspiring to conduct terror attacks. Police were investigating the case in which four accused had been arrested. They were identified as Nadeem (25), Abdul Rehman (25), Tanveer and Jabiullah.
