Schizophrenic man who killed woman in random attack may have been crying out for help, inquest hears

An inquest has heard that repeated requests from a prisoner with schizophrenia to be moved from a high-security jail to a mental health facility may have been a cry for help before he was released and murdered an Adelaide mother. The state coroner is examining how Jayden Lowah was free to roam around a shopping centre while experiencing delusions when he killed Michelle Foster in 2018.
