After the enthusiasm of Ganeshotsav, Angaraki Sankashti Chaturthi has arrived on Bhadrapada Krishna Chaturthi. Angaraki will be celebrated on 13th September. Angaraki Sankashti is also a great special yoga for Ganesh devotees. Sankashti Chaturthi happens every month but if it falls on Tuesday then it is Angaraki Sankashti and this yoga usually happens once in six months hence there is special curiosity about Angaraki. On the occasion of Angaraki Sankashti Chaturthi, a huge crowd of devotees throng the Ganesh temple. Bappa is duly worshiped at home also. Jasvand and Durva are offered to Ganaray. There is a way to make offerings. Some devotees keep fast for the whole day due to Angaraki Sankashti. In the evening after moonrise they are released after performing Bappa's aarti.

गणेशोत्सव के उत्साह के बाद भाद्रपद कृष्ण चतुर्थी पर अंगारकी संकष्टी चतुर्थी आ गई है. 13 सितंबर को अंगारकी मनाई जाएगी। गणेश भक्तों के लिए अंगारकी संकष्टी भी एक महान विशेष योग है। संकष्टी चतुर्थी हर महीने होती है लेकिन अगर यह मंगलवार को पड़ती है तो यह अंगारकी संकष्टी है और यह योग आमतौर पर छह महीने में एक बार होता है इसलिए अंगारकी के बारे में विशेष उत्सुकता है। अंगारकी संकष्टी चतुर्थी के अवसर पर गणेश मंदिर में भक्तों की भारी भीड़ उमड़ती है। घर में भी बप्पा की विधिवत पूजा की जाती है। गणराय को जसवंद और दूर्वा का भोग लगाया जाता है। प्रसाद चढ़ाने का एक तरीका होता है। कुछ भक्त अंगारकी संकष्टी के कारण पूरे दिन का उपवास रखते हैं। शाम को चंद्रोदय के बाद उन्हें बप्पा की आरती करने के बाद छोड़ दिया जाता है।
