Shankhnaad: Pitbull Dog attacks a child in park

In the last few days, pet dog attacks have raised a serious question. On one hand, the matter is of animal lovers, on the other hand, there is also a concern for the safety of the common people, where sometimes small innocent children come on target, whom dogs make their prey.
