The woman seen in footage of a controversial stand-up comedy act pleaded not guilty to a charge of insulting Islam at the Sessions Court in Kuala Lumpur on Wednesday (July 13).

Siti Nuramira Abdullah, 26, was charged under Section 298A of the Penal Code and faces up to five years in jail upon conviction.
