The Premier and Opposition Leader have ruled out a fresh bid to limit late term abortion days before new decriminalising abortion take effect. Peter Malinauskas voted in favour of additional limits proposed by David Speirs when the laws were passed last year. Mr Speirs will address a forum led by abortion opponents tomorrow amid ongoing fallout from a Supreme Court decision to quash the constitutional right to abortion in the United States.
