Spain's Prime Minister blames the mafia for migrant incident at Melilla

Spain's prime minister - Pedro Sanchez - has blamed mafias involved in human trafficking for the mass storming of the border between Morocco and the Spanish enclave of Melilla on Friday. At least tweny-three people died in the attempt to cross fences into Spanish territory - and Spanish and Moroccan security forces were also injured. The BBC's Tim Allman reports.
